In rapid economic declivity conditions, it is clear, that most estonian organzations do not function with sufficient efficiency to be competetive in long term. Such comparative advantages like cheap labor and energy has already been lost or about to disappear in most economic sectors.

Therefore, it is useful to each organization to analyze, how to change efficiency into their competitive advantage.There are 2 (4) options for this:

  • to ahieve more results with same resources;
  • to achieve significant results by slight investments;
  • to achieve same results with fewer resources;
  • to achieve slightly less results by reducing costs significantly.


Aim of the project

Aim of efficiency raising program is to implement different solutions that have been indicated during analysis phase in order to increase organizations efficiency. Objective is to contribute increasing productivity and to organize production workflow, which helps to achieve organizations cometitivenes for upcoming years.
 

Content of consultation

The Program is aimed to achieve agreed objectives and improve knowldge, attitudes and capabilities of employees. Consultant is moderator, developer cornerstone and support at different levels of management. Consultant supports workers, trying to provide valuable practical experience and conviction through evolving and learning during work, that organization could continue on their own.

Proposed solutions and innovations will be tested in smaller work operations and desired results (and belief) will be applied across the system. Regular mid-term reviews are done throuhout the implementation program.

Timescale of consultation

Project´s schedule depends on established objectives and chosen solutions to achieve them. To ensure that changes will be applied in organization, it recommended to distribute development activities approximately into 1-year period.
