Management skills workshop for first-level managers

The 2-day interactive training program is meant for first level managers whose responsibilities include managing other people. It is quite common that good specialists are promoted to fulfill the role of a manager. It appears too often that they lack knowledge and skills to act as a successful first-level leader.

The training course aims to provide insight into management and addresses the following topics:

  • Roles and resposibilities of the first level manager;
  • Managment as a process, PDCA (plan-do-check-act) management cycle;
  • Communication skills in management;
  • Assertiveness skills in management;
