Developing management systems based on international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 etc)
Management system of an organisation can take into account several different areas, such as quality management, environmental management, occupational health and safety, information security, supply chain, food safety, asset management etc.
Management systems are often based on internationally recognised standards (so called “ISO standards”) which is the basis for certification of an organisation.
Developing of management system requires knowledge of different standards and experience in “translating” the standard requirements into practical solutions. Involvement of professional consultants helps to save employees time and achieve reliable results more easily.
Aim of consultation
