• IFS Food Store

IFS Food is an international standard recognized by the GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) as the basic standard for auditing food industry producers. The standard includes requirements for both a quality and a food safety management system.

IFS standards contain much more detailed requirements than ISO 22000, but their implementation is still affordable for Estonian companies.

Objective

The aim of the training is to give participants a clear and practical overview of what needs to be done to develop a quality and food safety management system that meets the requirements of IFS Food in their organization.
